Clear cleaning scope

What's Included

Regular cleaning is ongoing maintenance. Deep cleaning is more intensive work for built-up dirt and detailed areas. Add-ons are kept separate so the quote stays clear.

Quote verification

First-time quotes are based on the information and photos you send. They remain provisional until we see the property on arrival.

Before starting, we make a quick condition check. If the property is materially different from what was shown, we discuss the options before any work begins.

  • Keep the original price and original standard-clean scope.
  • Agree a revised Initial / Deep Clean price.
  • Reschedule or decline the revised scope.

We do not complete the work and then surprise you with a higher price.

Products & equipment

Our standard regular-cleaning quote assumes suitable cleaning products and basic equipment are already available at the property.

  • Working vacuum cleaner
  • Mop and suitable bucket / system
  • Kitchen and bathroom products
  • Floor product suitable for the surfaces
  • Bin liners where required

If you prefer Clevessa to provide products, let us know before the quote is confirmed. Additional costs or different logistics may apply.

Travel & service area

We focus on Cork City and nearby areas for regular short bookings. Longer journeys make more sense for larger jobs, full-day bookings or multiple appointments in the same area.

Location and travel are considered in the final fixed quote, so an hour of travel is not attached to a short low-value clean.

Practical questions

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to provide cleaning products and equipment?

For standard regular cleaning, the quoted price assumes suitable products and basic equipment are available at the property, including a working vacuum cleaner and mop. Clevessa-supplied products can be arranged in advance and may change the quote.

How is the first quote calculated?

We ask for property details and, where possible, 5–8 current photos of the kitchen, bathrooms and main living areas. The estimate is then verified on arrival before work begins.

What if the property is much dirtier than the photos suggest?

We stop before starting and explain the options. You can keep the original price and original standard-clean scope, agree a revised initial/deep-clean scope and price, or reschedule. We do not finish the work and then surprise you with a higher price.

Is a toilet included in regular cleaning?

Yes. Standard toilet cleaning is part of a regular clean. Heavy built-up limescale, long-term staining or intensive restoration work is treated as deep-cleaning detail.

Do you offer urgent or same-day cleaning?

Yes, subject to availability. Same-day or next-day cleaning may be possible in Cork City and nearby areas. For the fastest answer, send the Eircode or area, property type, required service, deadline and several current photos. A short-notice premium may apply and the final fixed quote is agreed before the booking is accepted.

Do you travel outside Cork City?

Yes, selectively. Longer journeys are normally most practical for larger-value work, full-day cleans, holiday homes or multiple bookings grouped in the same area.

Do you charge by the hour?

Clevessa normally quotes a fixed price for the agreed scope. Time is used internally to assess whether a booking is practical, but the customer is paying for the agreed result and checklist rather than for us to remain in the property for a set number of hours.

Send photos for a clearer first quote

5–8 current photos of the kitchen, bathrooms and main living areas are usually enough to understand the starting condition.
