We confirm what is included before accepting the booking. Cleaning uses a defined checklist; Away Care, Home Assistance, Painting and Garden Care are quoted around the task list, travel, materials and the amount of availability required.
If the real condition or requested work differs materially from the information supplied, we discuss the options before additional work begins rather than adding a surprise charge afterwards.
