Cleaning quotes remain fixed around the checklist, while home-service quotes reflect travel, labour, materials and required availability. For cleaning, property size, bathrooms, current condition, frequency, location and any add-ons are considered before the price is confirmed. For other services, the quote reflects the task list, travel, materials and required availability.
